For sailings occurring in April/May 2026:

Cancellation policy

We offer a 24-hour grace period, allowing you to cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours of booking, provided it’s more than 24 hours before your sailing time. Outside the grace period, a 50% fee of the total booking will incur for cancellations up until 1 hour prior to scheduled sail time.  Cancellations within 1 hour of departure will be charged 100% of the total ticket value. 

Modification policy

We offer a 24-hour grace period for you to modify your booking without charge within the first 24 hours of booking, as long as it’s 24 hours before your scheduled sailing time. Outside of the 24-hour grace period, a $5 fee will be charged for booking modifications made up to 1 hour of the scheduled sailing time.

Large bags and sports gear can be purchased online up to 1 hour before departure, without the modification fee. If ‘seat selection’ is included in your booking, it cannot be removed from your reservation.

No modifications are available within 1 hour of the scheduled sailing time.

For round-trip bookings, cancellation and modification policies may differ by sailing if the outbound and return trips fall under different policy periods. In these cases, refund eligibility, modification eligibility, fees, and restrictions are assessed based on each sailing’s departure date and fare type.

For sailings occurring on or after June 1, 2026:

Our cancellation and modification policy is specific to ticket type. Large bags and sports gear can be purchased online up to 1 hour before departure, without the modification fee. If ‘seat selection’ is included in your booking, it cannot be removed from your reservation.

Comfort-Connect tickets: not eligible for refunds, and modifications are not permitted.

Comfort tickets: not eligible for refunds, modifications allowed for a $5 fee up to one hour before scheduled sailing departure time.

Comfort-Flex tickets: 100% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled sailing departure time, 0% within 48 hours of scheduled sailing departure time. Modifications allowed for a $5 fee up to one hour before scheduled sailing departure time.

Premium: 100% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled sailing departure time, 0% within 24 hours of scheduled sailing departure time. Modifications allowed for a $5 fee up to one hour before scheduled sailing departure time.
