For sailings occurring on or after June 1, 2026:
Large Our cancellation and modification policy is specific to ticket type, and subject to ticket availability and price differences of the preferred sailing. Large bags, additional luggage and sports gear can be purchased online up to 1 hour before departure, without the modification fee. If ‘seat selection’ is included in your booking, it cannot be removed from your reservation.
Comfort-Connect tickets: not eligible for refunds, and modifications are not permitted.
Comfort tickets: not eligible for refunds, modifications allowed for a $5 fee up to one hour before scheduled sailing departure time.
Comfort-Flex tickets: 100% refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before scheduled sailing departure time, 0% within 48 hours of scheduled sailing departure time. Modifications allowed for a $5 fee up to one hour before scheduled sailing departure time.
Premium: 100% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled sailing departure time, 0% within 24 hours of scheduled sailing departure time. Modifications allowed for a $5 fee up to one hour before scheduled sailing departure time.
Sailings cancelled by Hullo due to weather or operational requirements will automatically receive a 100% refund, regardless of ticket type. Refunds are automatic, and should be returned back to the original method of payment in 3-5 business days.
Please note: missed sailings are not eligible for refund or modification.
