What happens if a sailing is cancelled?

Sailings cancelled by Hullo due to weather or operational requirements will automatically receive a 100% refund, regardless of ticket type. Refunds are automatic, and should be returned back to the original method of payment in 3-5 business days.


Please note: missed sailings are not eligible for refund or modification.
