What is Hullo's refund/cancellation policy?

For cancellations:

• We offer a 24-hour grace period, allowing you to cancel your reservation within the first 24 hours of booking, provided it is more than 24 hours before your sailing time.
• Outside the grace period, a 50% fee of the total booking will incur for cancellations up until 1 hour prior to your scheduled sailing time.
• Cancellations within 1 hour of departure will be charged 100% of the total ticket value.

For modifications:

• We offer a 24-hour grace period for you to modify your booking without charge, as long as it is 24 hours before your scheduled sailing time.
• Outside of the 24-hour grace period, a $5 fee (plus gst) will be charged for booking modifications made up to 1 hour of the scheduled sailing time.
• No modifications are available within 1 hour of the scheduled sailing time.

Note: You can add large bags and sports gear online up to 1 hour before departure without a modification fee. Seat selection cannot be removed once added.
